This Jamboree, themed "Share Our World, Share Our Cultures," emphasized global unity and cultural exchange bringing 30,000 Scouts and leaders from nearly every country in the world

The 20th World Scout Jamboree, held from December 28, 2002, to January 8, 2003, in Sattahip, Thailand, was a landmark event that brought together approximately 30,000 Scouts and leaders from nearly every country in the world. This Jamboree, themed “Share Our World, Share Our Cultures,” emphasized global unity and cultural exchange, taking place on a sprawling 3,000-acre site along the Gulf of Thailand.

第二十屆世界童軍大露營於2002年12月28日至2003年1月8日在泰國沙塔希普（Sattahip）舉行，這場具有里程碑意義的盛會，吸引了來自世界各國約30,000名童軍與領袖參加。以「共享我們的世界，分享我們的文化」（Share Our World, Share Our Cultures）為主題，本屆大露營強調全球團結與文化交流，地點位於泰國灣沿岸，佔地約3,000英畝。

The Jamboree featured a wide range of activities designed to promote self-development, social responsibility, and cultural understanding. Key modules included the Crossroads of Culture, where Scouts experienced global traditions through handcrafts, performing arts, and culinary exchanges, and the Global Development Village, focusing on health, environment, and human rights. Scouts also engaged in science and technology exhibits, participated in challenging outdoor activities like rock climbing and mountain biking, and contributed to local communities through service projects.

大露營安排了多樣化的活動，旨在培養自我成長、社會責任感與文化理解。主要的活動區包括「文化十字路口」（Crossroads of Culture），童軍可透過手工藝、表演藝術與美食交流體驗世界各地的傳統；以及「全球發展村」（Global Development Village），主題涵蓋健康、環境與人權等議題。童軍們同時也參與了科學與科技展示，挑戰攀岩、登山自行車等戶外活動，並透過社區服務為當地社群貢獻心力。

Thailand’s rich cultural heritage was woven throughout the event, with activities such as traditional Thai dancing and the exploration of local customs and history. The location, with its mix of beaches, flat plains, and foothills, provided a stunning backdrop for the Jamboree, enhancing the overall experience for participants.

This Jamboree not only celebrated the diversity of the Scouting movement but also reinforced the importance of peace and cooperation across cultures, making it a memorable gathering for all involved.

整個大露營充分展現了泰國豐富的文化底蘊，活動中融入了傳統泰國舞蹈、在地風俗與歷史探索等元素。營地環境結合了海灘、平原與山麓，壯麗的自然景觀為這次盛會增添了迷人的背景，讓參與者留下難忘的印象。

本屆大露營不僅讚頌了童軍運動的多元與包容，更深化了跨文化和平與合作的重要意涵，成為所有參與者心中珍貴而難忘的國際盛會。
